21.1 Update Split-second Brush Pressure Issue with Cintiq

I'm using Cintiq 16 with Macbook Pro 2017. After 21.1 update, I'm getting pressure issues when applying brush strokes. I attached the image below. Those red blobs shouldn't be there. It looks like a sudden pressure shutdown. I installed Photoshop v. 20.0.8 and there are no blobs on that. (Edit: I just installed 21.0.3 and there are no issues on that version too.)
