I have a 32 bit plug-in that I would like to  use.  I am using the latest version of PhotoShop, which, of course is non-compatible.   Is there any way to get this plug-in to work?  Any work-around , maybe?

What is the specific plugin?

You checked with the plugin maker to see if they have a 64 bit version?
