32-Bit und 64-Bit Version

Guten Tag

Ich habe schon länger ein Problem mit Photoshop CS6.

Die Grafikkarten meines Surfaces Book 2 sind aktuell. Das Gerät hat ein i7 Prozessor, 16GB RAM.

Die 32-Bit Version läuft einwandfrei auf dem Lap Top. Sobald ich die 64-Bit Verison öffne und ein Bild lade, bleibt das Bild oben links im Ecken hängen, es kommt so wie in einem eigenen Fenster und ich kann nichts machen. Was ist hier das Problem?

Hello, what is the chanuspro team viewer UI that seems to be on top of Photoshop?

What is the display scaling set up to?

Also, CS6 was written for XP SP3...

    Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? (That’s just to determine if the GPU may be connecte to the issue.)
