3D greyed out.

it is true it's been a while I don't use or import a 3D file on Photohop but I need out of sudden to export a u3d file and wanted to see if Photoshop could help. NOW. This post is from 2018 and PS still (25.5.1) has a grayedout 3D menu. What is that? An appendiceal or ghost feature? is it still working?
