I'm trying to double click the effects displayed "under" a 3d layer, but I can't. In order to change de mockup's design to mine, I have to click on the styles but they seem locked.

Hi
Your system has two GPUs and AMD R9 and an Intel Iris Pro.
Multiple GPUs with conflicting drivers is a known cause of issues in Photoshop and it looks like Open GL drawing has been disabled as a result.
See GPU troubleshooting here, in particular sections 7 & 8 :
Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues
The aim is to get only the AMD GPU used by Photoshop so Open GL drawing can be turned on in Preferences. Then 3D should work correctly
