Hey!
I have a wired problem here,
3d Panel doesn't appear anymore and 3d options don't work and are always grey like screenshots, I have checked everything "Use graphic Processor" , checked the compatibility, updated my graphic card driver and used the newest version of DirectX12

I don't know what is bug?

Adobe has removed 3D from Photoshop. They recommend using Photoshop version 22.2 (from February 2021). You can have multiple versions installed.

Details and reasons are here:

Are you using an older version of Photoshop? The 3D menu should not be appearing in 2024.

Adobe hasn't told us why they left the panel for a couple of versions, so I can't tell you the "purpose", sorry!
