3D is removed from Photoshop.

The reason is that it was built on the old OpenGL APIs, which are now deprecated and unsupported in both Windows and MacOS. Photoshop's entire graphics code is being migrated to OS-native APIs (DirectX and Metal) - but for 3D it wasn't worthwhile given the limited use and the fact that Adobe now have several dedicated and much better 3D apps.

You can still install PS 22 from the CC app, which was the last version with stable 3D.
