For the whole existance of human race, thousands of years, SHIFT + ENTER was used for
moving to next text line
and not for some
3D MODE THAT CRASHES THE WHOLE PROGRAM AND DOESN'T SAVE YOUR WORK OR LET YOU RECOVER.
It's so embeded in the heart of men, that it happened to me 4th time in a week.
I swear to god I will stop paying for this product just because I even have to turn this stupidity off.

It's possible that they shortcut got mapped to the 3D function (it is STILL for moving to the next line). You can use your Edit Menu to see your custom keyboard shortcuts. If you select the option to use default keyboard shortcuts, your problem will go away.

There is no way to set the line break to shift+enter for God's sake

That's a lot of shouting at other users over a function that has not been changed in the application.
If you have seen a change in your system then check your shortcut menu , as advised by S_Gans. If that is OK your preferences may have been corrupted so save and reset them.

I've checked all my hotkeys.
There's no one hotkey containing Enter or Return. All hotkeys for 3D group are disabled.

3D functions are told to be discontinued since a few month. They may still work but…

Yes, this still happens in my system also. There are two "enter" keys in the keyboard, the main one, by the letter keys, and the one by the numerical pad. Each one has a different behaviour while editing text. If you presse the regular enter, you add a new line break, whereas if you press the numerical pad enter, that exits the text editing mode. I'm perfectly fine with that behaviour.
The problem comes once the "shift" key comes in. "Shift + Regular Enter key" = move to the next line without creating a new paragraph, a feature which I use a lot. Now "Shift + Numpad Enter" = create 3D text extrusion.
I'm fine with "Shift + Numpad Enter" having a different function to the regular enter combination, it just should not be to such a bizarre and barely ever used functionality. Specially because its a functionallity that invokes a "3D workspace" that tries to reshape the whole interface, always takes a lot of processing that takes minutes to conclude, and often crashes the program entirely.
I've looked for a programmable shortcut on settings for that functionality so I could disabled it and could not find it.
So here is the summary of dev mistakes and sloppy practices that this icludes.
1: A terribly slow and buggy 3D mode that crashes the software. Adding insut to injury, it's something nobody uses because it's not powerful enought to lead to good professional results anyways. It should not exist, and should never have been created.
2: The amateur intern that was allowed to add this to Photoshop created a keyboard shortcut to it that is not accessible or modifyable in the settings.
3: This person that supposedly is interested in software development never stoped to think that a feature as niche as "creating a 3d extrusion for your text" should have a equally niche keyboard combination that could never possibly be invoked accidentally.
4. Even after mistakes 1, 2 and 3, this would be less agravating had the software at least had the minimum foresight and self-awareness about the state of incompleteness of their 3D extrusion mode to at least pop-in a window asking "are you sure you want to perform the 3D extrusion function" before it starts to completely hog my machie. Infuriatingly, the process does open 2 dialogue boxes, but none of them give me a button to cancel the whole thing before the program crashes.
This sort of mess should leave any software development with an ounce of pride for their craft in tears of shame. I don't know how the team at adobe is confortable allowing this sort of thing a pass.
