3D Photoshop environment not working

Hello,

I have a problem with the 3D functions on my Photoshop, which is chasing me from PC to PC.


I'd like to use the 3D functions, mainly the "Generate a relief map" function, but it doesn't work because Photoshop tells me that my graphics card isn't compatible or that the options aren't activated.
However, the options are enabled and my graphics card is an Asus ROG RTX 4090 OC...

Furthermore, the problem was present on my old PC (which had an Asus ROG RTX 3090 OC) BUT the problem is NOT present on my laptop (which has an RTX 1070)...

I've looked for tutorials on the web, but nothing has worked so far.

Does anyone have a solution?

    @Griphass 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app

      I have installed version 22.2 as you suggested, and it does indeed work. thank you for your reply.

        @Griphass I'm sure they will be removed in a future update, as to the why, I'd imagine it's related to the coding end, I do agree though, the options shouldn't be there as it only causes confusion for people

          bruuh, but why are the options still displayed in the latest version if they're no longer available? 😕😕

            @Griphass 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app
