3D Rendering Problem

So I added the texture but when I hit render it seems to not render parts of the texture what am I doing wrong?

I can't tell anything from your screenshot as it does not show a before rendering preview vs after rendering. Nor does it show what textures have been applied to what texture channels.

 

A few generic comments:

1. 3D rendering in Photoshop changed it's material system to Base Metallic Roughness a few versions ago , but the implementation is buggy

2. There is a bug if UVs are scaled in that it renders a scaled and unscaled version, leading to strange results

 

If you want to proceed in Photoshop , please check the above and give more info. But my recommendation would be to apply textures and render in a 3D application. You can always bring the render (or render passes) back to Photoshop for compositing

Unreal is a machinima i.e, a game engine so if you want to make a game or a 4D animation yes its great... Mac users should go with Unity which is more or less the same thing

 

Blender is more of a general all round 3D tool so well worth learning... which one is best will depend on how much time you have to learn and what type of file you want to end with
