3D Tab does not show up in Photoshop CC, any way to resolve it?

In Photoshop CC there seems to be no 3D tab at all.

Also yes, I checked in the window tab but 3D doesn't come up.

Yes, I also did check in preferences too,

And, yes, I am sure I am using Photoshop CC, here's proof:

I am really baffled and have searched and searched but nothing.

Please help staff!

Uninstall Photoshop CC 2015 from your system, then reinstall it from the Creative Cloud app. And this time, don't mess with any of the libraries that are required by Photoshop.

I got it after I ran & installed the update.

As far as the libraries goes, I have no reason to touch those at all.

You’re still using an older version of PS CC from May 2015. The current version is PS CC 2015.1.2 while you still have 2015.0.0.

If Help / Updates… doesn’t offer a new update then you can download the patch installer manually from here:

The other issue could be too little memory.

Uninstall Photoshop CC 2015 from your system, then reinstall it from the Creative Cloud app. And this time, don't mess with any of the libraries that are required by Photoshop.

Thnx for your reply. Not really sure by what you mean with 'don't mess with the library' as I don't consider myself a 'genius' to do that, but tell you what... I have installed photoshop through Creative Cloud and I don't believe there are other ways to have it installed (maybe I'm wrong, you say). Anyway, after installation was completed, I tried to open it and can't really remember what error message I was receiving but eventually I couldn't open it. After googling around I came across a suggestion to hold/press down ctrl and windows (or was it shift or alt, not really sure) while opening photoshop and it worked. Now I don't know how that might have 'messed up' with the library, but if I may ask you a question, if I go ahead and uninstall it will I be able to download and install cc 2014 rather than cc 2015? Not a big fan of it so far!

Hey everyone. I've got this problem as well. I recently upgraded from cc 2014 to cc 2015. While in the 2014 version, the 3D was there and working perfectly I noticed a few days after I had installed the 2015 that the 3D was missing. I checked the preferences about the graphic card and yes it is checked. I have more than 5 gigs of ram, and still this problem persists. I've searched the web but the usual approach to this problem is by doing what I have already done... and with no luck so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without exact system information and details about your hardware pref settings in PS nobody can tell you much. The usual standard answers apply - you may not meet the requirements in terms of graphics acceleration and other factors.

This one is bad, Mylenium. His 3D options are not simply grayed out, he does not even have the 3D menu or Window > 3D.

My Mac does not have sufficient vram for 3D, yet the 3D menu and Window > 3D options are there.

I can even uncheck the Gpu option in Preferences > Performance and the 3D menu is still there.
