3D tools greyed out in Photoship CC 2019

I am having issues using the 3D tool to edit a 360 panorama in photoshop. everything is appearing as greyed out and it won't let me use any of the tools.

That's not a typical Photoshop experience, let's make it right!

A couple of questions for you:

What version of Photoshop you're using?
What operating system are you working on?
Could you please send over Photoshop's Help > System Info dialog text to us? as it would be helpful to identify the cause.

Have you checked if there is any graphics drive update available on the manufacturer's website?

Open GL drawing is disabled on your system. Are you able to re-enable it in Preferences >Performance?

3D requires at least 512MB of VRAM - your system uses shared ram as VRAM (rather than dedicated RAM) and although theoretically possible it may cause issues.

I agree with Dave, from the user guide:

512 MB or more of dedicated VRAM; 2 GB is recommended*

* 3D features are disabled on computers having less than 512MB of VRAM

My MacBook has 1536 MB of VRAM, is this not enough to use the 3D tools on photoshop?

If so are there any other ways to process a flat 2d sphere pano into a 3d pano

Hi

The Intel Iris Plus does not have dedicated VRAM. It just shares ordinary RAM and uses it as VRAM

Try going to preferences performance and enabling the GPU. But even enabled you may not get 3D on that GPU.

I'd like to share my solution, which is not very obvious. This problem was fixed after I logged into my Adobe account. But without account menu was grey.
