3D

I work on Mac OS, it is necessary to create 3D models in Photoshop (simple, like packaging), but there is such  trouble: when I try to export a 3D layer. I select the format .u3d, select the path and export ..... after that, the file appears for a second where it was stored, and then disappears and it is nowhere to be found. Sometimes it doesn’t appear at all. A common problem - I can not export the 3D layer to .u3d. Other formats seem to be saved, but they do not interest me. Tell me what’s the matter?
