A double photoshop image outside the canvas

Hey guys! So recently I have been having his problem. I dont know what to do so im here now. I used just restart photoshop whenever it occurred but now I'm fed up of this. Theres this image that shows suddenly outside the canvas. When u painting some strokes, u can't see the changes when it happens. You have to pan the image for it. An image is given for more understanding

What operating system are you using, and what hardware?

It looks GPU related, but I think we'd need more information to be more precise.

There are also several issues with the lattest version of Photoshop, but yours looks to be more than just that.
