A feature changed after update

On PS 2025 Image Adjustmenmts Britness & Contrast do not respond to changes in real time. I must move the slider then click OK to see the result. This occured about 3 updates ago. & none of the obvious things  I've tried to fix it, work.

In Photoshop go to Photoshop 2025>Settings>Technology Previews, uncheck Enable Modern User Interface, restart Photoshop and see if that makes a difference.

Hi @UpYonder! Thank you for reaching out! Could you please share more information, such as your system configuration (from Help > System info > Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to our response)?

Along with trying our Jeff's suggestion, you can try this as well;

Try disabling GPU compositing? Here's how you can do it:

1 - Go to Preferences, then Performance.
2 - Click on Advanced Settings.
3 - Uncheck the GPU Compositing option.
