a few problems wit the new version of PS (22.4.3)

Hello. 

I can not ever exit photoshop cleanly. When I try to exit I get the following message

"could not complete your request because of a program error"

I am running windows OS and have to end task in the task manager to quit Photoshop.

 

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

Processor speed: 2808 MHz
Built-in memory: 65290 MB
Free memory: 59819 MB
Memory available to Photoshop: 51208 MB
Memory used by Photoshop: 100 %

GPUName: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000

I have a similar problem but I also can't see any PS windows or tools. Only thing on that list that works is using the older version.
