A file made in 24.3 version, cannot open again

I installed now 3 times the last 24.3 version, created a new file, saved and close. when i try to open it again', it opens a popup: the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop... 
I tryed to open in a PC and in a Mac

Hi @Luci26058531i7n1 normally that means the file is corrupted. Can you go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
