A million different issues seemingly related to my GPU

I'll be thorough here, I have at this point given up trying to fix this issue, as I have exhausted everything I could think of or find online.
Photoshop seems to be really really struggling with my GPU, the program is highly volatile and unusuable when gpu acceleration or whatever its called in photoshop is enabled.
Crashing, errors, refusing to open my documents, refusing to save, soft crashes forcing me to restart, all seemingly at random, but all resovled upon disabling gpu acceleration.
I have tried messing around with every single setting in "performance", resetting preferences, touching literally every single setting i could think of that might be the problem, multithreaded composition, RAP allocation, open CL, anti-alias guides.... 30 bit display, GPU composition, none did anything to remedy the issue.
I disabled my iGPU entirely, no effect, I tried photoshop on 3 different monitors, no effect, I messed around in Nvidia control panel, no effect, clean reinstall of drivers, nothing, reinstalling the program itself multiple times, no effect, purging my PC of any trace of photoshop ever being installed and then installing it again, nothing, rolling back to ancient versions, nope, cache levels, nope, cache tile size, nope uwu
Im at this point losing my mind completely, im so utterly lost, I have no idea what to do now, and im seriously considering cancelling my plan for the first time since 2018 and just using another program, im so thorougly frustrated, I have no idea at this point, and im NOT a stranger to this kind of crap, I worked in IT for years, and im so lost...
Here I'll embed a couple things including a crash log i managed to snatch during one of the crashes.
ALSO PLEASE for the love of GOD dont tell me to just disable gpu acceleration, my projects are so abysmally laggy at that point i might as well draw in mspaint.
Also no its not my GPU, my gpu is running perfectly fine and is in peak health, I have diagnosed that to obviously, im not running any overclocking, and I have also tried to mess around with my driver in different performance modes to no effect
I seriously need help man... At this point the only thing I havent tried is outright reinstalling windows...
I'll also embed a screenshot from device manager with my specs
