A problem while saving as JPG in PS2024

Hello. I am using the latest version of Photohop 2024. Upon editing photos with TIFF extension, I have recently been facing with an interesting problem. When I saved photos as JPG, they appeared like a mosaic composed of different colors and photos (as atteched). What could be the reason and how can I solve it?

@Z. Onur23863611vrr7 you have dual GPU's on that system, both of which don't have a feature level of 12.0 and above, which is a requirement for Photoshop

You need to consider purchasing a new PC/Laptop, your current system was released in 2013 and the specs are way below Photoshop's current system requirements

Thank you for reply. But isn't there any solution except buyinf new pc/laptop? There hasn't been any problem until last few weeks.

You can consider yourself lucky that it has worked until now.

Photoshop doesn't stand still. Every new Photoshop update will have new GPU functionality, designed to run on a reasonably current GPU. The minimum requirements are clear, and yours do not meet them.

If it worked on the previous version, use that. Uninstall the one you have, and in the CC app check "other versions", find the last one that worked, and install that.

Then don't update until you have a better/newer system. Turn off all automatic updates.

@Z. Onur23863611vrr7 looks like a GPU driver related issue, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
