About Mac, you cannot use shortcut keys to merge copies of all visual layers into the target layer

In the past, when I used windows, I merged the copies of all visual layers into the target layer. The shortcut key is control + Shift + Alt + E.Now I've changed to Mac OS. The corresponding shortcut key in the network query is Command + Shift + option + e, but it can't be used normally. Please teach me how to use the shortcut key normally

Photoshop shortcuts are the same across platforms (except ctrl = cmd, obviously).

Check whether some other process is using the same shortcut.

Merge Visible to a target layer or Shift + Cmd + e

Screen Shot 2022-03-02 at 10.16.07 AM.png

Opt + Shift + Cmd + E is assigned to "Merge a copy of all visible Layers"

That command merges all visible layers to a new layer instead of the target layer which is not what you want if I understand correctly.
