About that generative fill warning....

I know this has been talked about elsewhere, but I just want to point out how nearly useless generative fill is due to its constant, nagging insistence that I'm making something that I shouldn't be. I use it to clean up my Stable Diffusion outputs, where it's not unusual at all to get weird artifacts like a hand growing out of somebody's leg. Or when I generate a female form of any sort, it insists on putting a visible belly button on her even though she's wearing clothing, which I have to remove with PS. Generative fill is great for this, except.....

It thinks EVERYTHING is inaproppriate. If there is any skin or identifiable body part showing at all, it assumes I'm making something inappropriate and refuses to generate. This morning, I created a piece based on Snow White that came out fantastic, except that one of the dwarves was wearing a bikini top, for reasons I can't begin to fathom. SD is a weird beast. When I tried to fix this with generative fill, it wouldn't let me. I tried dozens of selections and prompts, but it simply refused to deal with a dwarf wearing a bikini. It also throws up about half the time when I try to remove a superhero's belly button visible through a leather costume, and I have to try several different selections to get anything usable out of it.

This is a daily occurrence for me. It's so incredubly frustrating to pay good money for professional software, only to be treated like I'm a child who needs constant supervision. Especially now that Adobe is charging extra for generative credits, which I will not be buying until Adobe gets their act together and starts treating me like a professional. I'll go without first. I've already moved my video editing to Resolve because of problems in Pr and AE, and Photoshop is one of the last reamining reasons for me to continue using Adobe. Days like today make me want to throw in the towel entirely.

Tip: put a dot (.) on the prompt when trying to generate body parts.
