About the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit startup photoshop

     i knew that  throughing the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit to startup photoshop,if not,What does it have to do with Photoshop,i was wondering It depends on which component of PS?

Maybe because you use 64 bit version of Photoshop, while ESTK targets 32 bit version?

I confirm that CC2017 has been installed and the version is correct, but some parts may be missing. I would like to know the influence of that part
