Absturz Photoshop beim Aufruf des Drucken-Dialogs

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit Photoshop (Windows 24h2, PS 26.2 - 24h2 völlig neu aufgesetzt).

Nachdem ich einen neuen Drucker in mein System aufgenommen habe (Epson ET-8550) kann ich keine ALTEN TIFF mehr drucken. Mit alt meine ich Fotos, die in Photoshop bearbeitet wurden und als Tiff-Datei gespeichert wurden. Das Foto wurde mit Silver Efex bearbeitet) Wenn ich die Ursprungsdatei (.cr2) neu in Photoshop bearbeite und als Tiff speichere funktioniert es. Das alte Tiff kann vie LR gedruckt werden.

Rufe ich ich in Photoshop den Drucken Dialog auf (egal über "ctrl p" oder über das Menu) stürzt PS ab, heißt es schließt sofort, ohne Meldung. Das Foto wurde mit Silver Efex bearbeitet.

finde ich diesen Error Eintrag, der etlich male hintereinander auftaucht.

Keine Ahnung ob der was wit dem Absturz zu hat, jedenfalls sonst kann ich keine anderen schweren Fehler entdecken.

Kann jemand einen Tip geben, wie das Problem gelöst werden kann?

Würde eine Menge Arbeit ersparen die Fotos neu zu bearbeiten.

ok, resetting the preferences was the trick.

After the reset I got the message: "Die gespeicherten Druckdaten liegen in einer nicht kompatiblen Version vor; Standardwerte werden eingestellt."

After that: "Die gespeichwerten Druckerangaben sind mit dieser Version von Photshop nicht kompatible oder der gespeicherte Drucker ist nicht mehr verfügbar. Vor dem Drucken müssen die Druckereinstellungen geprüft werden."

and now the Printdialog appears.

I've testet another image with the same result.

To complete:

From LR I opened the image vie "ctrl e"

a Dialog asked me what I want to do.

only the 1st option (open a copy with lightroom changes) let me open the printdialog in PS.

The other options does not.

That is unusual, as the spacebar does reset the print info in the file.

I would try two things in your situation.

1. Open an image that crashes and use Image > Duplicate. Does the duplicate still crash on printing?
2. Reset Photoshop's Preferences. The stored preferences contain a lot more information than just the user settings, and any corruption can lead to unusual behaviour. Back them up first though.

Hold down the spacebar when you click on Print. That will reset the print info held within the file and should give you a reset print dialogue.
