Accessibility - Dialogue box text size

Hi

Can someone please help with this problem?

I'm using Photoshop 26.0.0. Windows 11 Pro.

I've tried all the settings changes (Preferences > Interface...) and nothing works.

The text size in dialogue boxes is far too small. How can I make it bigger?

By dialogue boxes, I mean the file name as shown:

That's Windows dialogue; try using Windows preferences.
