ACE Certificate for older versions

Question

I don't know why we can no longer find certification on older ACE exams. They may be outdated but they were enough to show that you were aware of basic concepts. Bit unfair.

ACE hasn't been around for years - the moniker transitioned over to the AEM/Marketing certifications:

ACP (Adobe Certified Professional) Certifications are handled by a third party company - Certiport/Pearson Vue.

Nothing unfair about it. Certifications are required to keep up with current Photoshop editions including CC in order to maintain good standing in the program. The program clearly stated that certifications expire.

Either way, what benefit do you get from an expired certification? Honestly a CS6 certification tells me that a person does not know how to use current Photoshop incl Neural Filters, modern Healing Tools or other newer features.
