ACR blank/white screen

When I try to open an image in RAW all I get is a blank white screen, probably a simple fix but I'm scratching my head.

It would help if you mentioned what version of OS and Photoshop you have.

In Photoshop go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw and disable this option "Use Graphics Processor" then restart Photoshop
