Actions for scripts

I am adding an action to run a script and it is adding Name"" to action.

Just started happening and it errors. First script was done three months ago second one today.

Location of script does not impact. I'm running MAC Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93). Latest PS 25.11

I cannot reproduce the issue on Windows with version 25.9.1 or with the latest Photoshop Beta, version 25.13.0. It may be related to Mac. Could you test the latest Beta version available for Mac?

Same problem on Beta as well.

I'll revert back to last version of PS and see.

Must be issue with MAC.
