Activation of CS6 Extended

By mistake I activated CS6 normal version, but I want to activate Exnteded version. How can I do that? I want to use only one version of CS6. The licence key does not work yet.

Your serial key determines which version will be enabled, did you purchase the normal or extended version?

I purchased Extended version.

Did you purchase it from Adobe directly, if so check to see if it's registered in your account, it should also tell you which version you purchased

Find your serial number

You could try deactivating / reactivating Photoshop from the help menu

OK try to register the serial number with your Adobe account

Maybe look at what you paid for it if you have a record. A legitimate version from a store should have been around $600 for the standard version and $1000 for the extended version-that should tell you the version you have. As Ged said the product key determines which version you can run.
