Hi there!

Here's my problem, and I followed steps to this solution. Unfortunately this did not work for me.
Adobe Crash Daemon preventing Creative Cloud Updater

Here's what happening with me—after I quit the listed AdobeCrashDaemon under Process Name in Activity Monitor, when I go over to my CC panel and try and open/update/uninstall Photoshop, it still says I am yet to close the following programs before continuing. Then when I head Back over to the Activity Monitor, I see the AdobeCrDaemon process listed there Again! What am I doing wrong? Why won't it stop appearing after I've quit all the process that have the name AdobeCrDaemon. Why does this reappear shortly after I've quit it all?

I appreciate any and all guidance on this matter. Thank you so much.

Sometimes, a corrupted file like this can just respawn. Often, it helps to start up in Safe mode. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Note - this  kind of boot sometimes takes a long time.
