Adaptive Wide Angle Filter Will Not Preview

Hello all, I am using an up to date version of Photoshop CC on an up to date Windows 7 Pro HP Z840 machine. When I duplicate a background, convert it to a smart image and initiate the adaptive wide angle filter - the image will not preview. If I turn off preview the image appears in its original form but once I turn on preview again the image just disappears. Does anyone know if there is a fix / work around? Note: 1. If I do the above on my Macbook Pro it works without issue. 2. This feature failed to work on the last version (just prior to the most recent update) as well.

Jjmack... thank you. I found that the issue was only happening when in the auto selection function of the filter. Once selecting another correction type from the drop-down, the preview enables. My issue is resolved.
