Add a built-in custom shape

In the Video "Add a built-in custom shape" I see a lot more shapes than there available in my Adobe Photoshop 2021 version, e.g. the scissors. Can I activate these shapes, or do I have to download them from a particular place?

Load legacy shape and import additional shape there are many downloads on the web.
