add button (unlock all layers) - add button (remove all unused layers)

I'm irritated by searching for a locked layer - when I need to remove all hidden ones - I need to add the ability to unlock layers (I often block, for example, lighting effects on subtitles because I use the auto selection tool - I hope you understand what I mean, my English is Google Translator)

the thing is that if I have a locked layer number 32 - I have to find it to remove all those that I do not use in the project

There are also legacy extension panels which contain scripts to remove all empty layers, including locked:

The scripts are easy enough to extract from the panel if you can't use legacy extension panels.

And scripts:

As @Stephen Marsh pointed out such tasks can be automated via Scripts.

(And the Scripts can be assigned shortcuts …)

The layers panel can filter the view of such layers:

let him remove the layers when even one is blocked, it's a drama for me as a designer for over 10 years
