Adjust brush tip roundness with a shortcut

Hi all,

Apologies if this question has been solved in the past, is it possible to adjust the brush trip roundness with a keyboard shortcut? I know the one for tip angle was introduced recently but I couldn't find the way for roundness and it would be really useful for precission painting keeping the eyes focused on the screen rather than adjusting it manually again and again.

Thanks all for the comments. Actually the tip angle can be rotated using the right/left arrows which is some internal functionalitty, not a shortcut so I was expecting something like up/down arrows which would provide a full control of the brush together with opacity/hardness control.

well for this you can use control+option (on Mac) while using brush tool, and it will show you a bright red brush trip. Scrubbing right and left increases and decreases the size of the brush tip, and scrubbing up and down changes the hardness from 0-100%.

and I NEVER knew about the rotation of the brush.... but then again I guess I pretty much use a round soft brush.

Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts > Panels > Brush Settings and Brushes is all you have to assign custom keyboard shortcut.

you can adjust the brush SIZE using -/+ but not the tip. While using the brush you can always right-click which will bring the brush panel up, where you can choose from a brush or from your own preset.
