Adjust Colors not visible in Contextual Task Bar

I'm on the PS April 2025 edition. When I open an image, I get the contextual task bar but no adjust colors.

Anyone know why?

Ah, I am on 26.4.0. That's probably why. The update does not seem to have dropped for me through the Creative Cloud Panel.
