Adjustment Layer Mask Missing

Its a Bug Adobe added in CS4 bad Adjustment Panels option that also effect Actions Scripts and Plug-ins  Photoshop may not operate correctly. So  Leave Adobe default there Check Add Mask by Defaults and do not check Clip to Layer so Photoshop will operate correctly.    Adobe should remove those menu items in the Adjustment panel Fly-out menu. They just cause problems. They work more like Preferences.  However Photoshop does not always work the way they are set. Actions can not set them Programs like Scripts can not see how they are set or set  even if the could be set by Photoshop automated process Photoshop does not always work the way these menu items are set. They are bugs in Photoshop. Adobe acknowledged my bug report assigned Tom to fix the bugs. He did not and Adobe withdrew my bug report.  I gave up trying to get Adobe to fix these bugs. Adobe deems some bugs acceptable all reported bugs are not fixed and some times Adobe add bugs by design.  User need to realize the reality of things and work around Adobe's Photoshop's bugs.  Adobe product support in not as good as it should be IMO. Adobe code development is not as good as it should be IMO too many bugs are released.  I'm sure programmer at Adobe do some code testing. However, if Adobe does regression testing is is not done as well as it should be IMO. I have been using Photoshop since Photoshop version 3.  IMO the last good release out of Adobe door a level 0 was CS3.  Photoshop is sill the Image editor with the most features IMO it has no real completion and many have a lot invested in Photoshop.   So I continue to use Photoshop work Around Adobe Bugs and keep several versions of Photoshop installed I feel I can work with.   CC 2018 has issues all are not Adobe's There is a lot of code and hardware involved.  Two platforms different OS versions device drivers for both platforms change are too frequent it impossible go get everything working and documented in the current environment.
