Adjustment levels not working in Photoshop

Suddenly, I am unable to adjust levels on any file/image I'm working on. I have tried shutting down the computer and rebooting. I am able to slide the sliders but nothing impacts the levels of the image. The droppers don't work either. I wonder if I accidently hit some setting or there has been some update on I activate this feature overnight. If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you are using along with your computers operating system?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Hi, Same issue here. Level not working. Histogram blank. I'm running Photoshop on IPad Pro, latest version.

Hi, did you try resetting the preferences of Photoshop to check if that makes a difference?

Thanks,
Nikunj

Late to the part, but I just got this issue as well.
When I'm saving an action with a new level adjustment layer and try to run the action to another document the levels don't work even though in the action it says that the levels are 5/250.
I'm using the latest PS version (Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.2.0) and I have reset my Photoshop preferences and didn't work.
I guess the solution it to track back in an older version until Adobe decides to fix the issue.
