Adjustment Sliders missing in Hue Saturation Adjustment Layer

NEVER MIND -- PROBLEM SOLVED WITH THIRD RESTART!

I'm using PS 21.2.2 on a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.6. When trying to make a targeted color selection in a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer, I'm able to make the selection, but my selection doesn't show up on the spectrum at the bottom of the properties box. I'm only getting the hue value numbers but not the adjustment sliders and fall-off handles. All software is up to date and I've restarted the computer but problem persists. Any thoughts?
