Adobe advertising when photoshop starts up

Hi

Recently every time I start up photoshop, I get a splashscreen type advert entitled "Expand your toolkit with Creative Cloud All Apps" for $56 per month.   I don't need or want the full set of apps. I don't want this splashscreen every time I fire up photoshop.  I have ticked the box in the bottom right "Don't show again" however it is STILL showing up and frankly it is extremely annoying now.  Any ideas how I get this splashscreen advertising to stop permenantly?
