adobe apps won't open because my already updated browser should be updated

Question

Adobe suddenly keeps telling me that it can't open the applications because "my browser isn't supported and I should update it," but all my browsers, like Firefox and Chrome, are up to date. What could be causing this? Can someone please help me?

Hi, thanks for reaching out and we're sorry about the trouble! Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computer's macOS version? Have you tried restarting your computer to check if that makes a difference?

Please ensure you have all available macOS updates installed on the computer.
