Adobe Bridge for CS2 ?

Having changed to a new computer my CS2 was successfully downloaded into Windows 7 which I don't want to give up for all manner of reasons. My technical guy didn't realise that I can't visually locate my images easily without Bridge!  Missed it out anyway.

Could someone tell me how I do that? I thought it would be simple and maybe it is. I am confused by 'Creative Cloud'  not sure whether names have changed?

I would be grateful for help. Thanks. Julia

But the images are stacked vertically (Auto is ticked) and 'horizontal' is greyed out as is 'vertical' so I assume those other choices are not available to me...for whatever reason! Irritating. Cheers. J

Switch to View-->Layout-->Film strip 1 to view the thumbnails in a horizontal list only.

    Eureka!!!!

YES that is what I want. Thank you so much. And now I have two possibilities if one fails.

Trouble is one gets used to what one knows. Filmstrip...why didn't I try it. And it gives you the big version.

    Thank you, thank you!

Someone else seems to have been helped too.

    Thank you all! Julia

I am in even more trouble now as I managed to download it but it wanted my Adobe password etc which it didn't accept (probably because it has been so long...used to work) and gave me the opportunity of using Facebook so I did...then filled in the subsequent form (about what sort of usage)  and found 'continue' greyed out. After continual retries, of 'run'...wouldn't work (didn't get back to the form even...I thought I would delete and try again. It won't delete because it says 'another installer is currently running etc Error code P81... I did just now find the form again but 'continue is still greyed out!

    What a pain...I can't even start again.

    Any ideas folks?

P81 is described as having another installer running (as you've found out):

Adobe apps download and install errors

Did you try shutting down your system and rebooting? It should stop any install process.

Creative Cloud is Adobe's subscription service.

Bridge CS2 is kind of...ancient. Bridge CC, unless something's changed that I'm not aware of, is still free and supports Windows 7:

Just to say there is something I missed on Bridge, which is that there is a slider to make the thumbnails images bigger...but all of them.

So it is a bit better than I thought. But the images are stacked vertically (Auto is ticked) and 'horizontal' is greyed out as is 'vertical' so I assume those other choices are not available to me...for whatever reason! Irritating. Cheers. J
