When Adobe CC 2018 will upgrade to Adobe CC 2019?

As Derek says:

From Photoshop Help, click on Updates.

Which will open the Application Manager

If it says Update next to Photoshop, go ahead and click on it.

If it is not inviting you to Update, click on your avatar in the top right corner, and make sure you are signed in.

If you are already signed in, sign out, and sign back in again.

If you still have a problem after that, log in to your Adobe Account, and check your plan. Click on Manage Plan to fix any issues with credit cards etc.

i use Adobe Creative cloud .....That means cant use that option till it upgrade right?

Go to the Creative Cloud app where you can download Photoshop CC2019 (assuming you have a subscription – there's no additional payments for upgrading). You can decide whether to keep earlier versions of Photoshop as well as the new one, or replace them with the latest version. It's sometimes worth keeping an earlier version in case there's an issue with the new version, and if you have plug-ins for the earlier version, you haven't got around to updating yet.
