Adobe Content Synchronizer (32 bit) causing monitor blanking problems?

I have a weird problem happening which I *think* has something to do with the Adobe Creative Cloud Library process. FYI I'm using Windows 11 and Photoshop version is 24.4.1.20230418

At seemingly random intervals, my monitor will lose its signal and my screen will go blank for about 4-5 seconds. This happens several times an hour. Sometimes there can be quite a long period in between and sometimes I'll get 2-3 screen blanks over a minute or so.

At first I suspected my graphics card (RTX 4080). I updated all the drivers and also changed the Display Port lead. No change. After a lot of searching around, I suddenly realised that these problems seemed to appear when using (or after using and closing down) Photoshop. I decided to open Task Manager and by a process of elimination, discovered that stopping the Adobe Content Synchronizer (32 bit) process seems to stop this error from happening.

Does anyone know why this particular process might be causing my monitor to go blank for a few seconds? Is there a way to stop this process loading other than manually ending the process in Task Manager?
