Adobe Deactivation Issue

Community Beginner ,
Apr 03, 2024 Apr 03, 2024

I hope it's okay to ask something about Adobe and activations/deactivations and hope someone knows the Adobe system better than me.

Some time ago I bought CS6 Production Premium. And everything went well and I was able to use Photoshop and co. Now after not having to use it for a while, when I opened Photoshop I noticed that my serial number was suddenly being used on the maximum number of computers allowed.

This could just be on old computers/laptops that I no longer have...I suspect. However, my Adobe account doesn't show a single device that is "activated".

Adobe support can't or won't help me. They said that they can't see which devices these would be, since the "activation servers were deleted at the beginning of 2024". They can't/don't want to respond to my request to reset or remove the currently activated computers...

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do other than buying Production Premium again for a lot of cash?

Thanks in advance for the help
