Question

Adobe has stollen my product

I have life-time license for Web premium suite CS5.5 and when I tried to reinstall the software on my new laptop in the past , Adobe deleted my product from my account. So I had to go throug very difficult time to proof that I bought the product and I have official serial number as it did  not exists any more.
Luckily , at the first instance the software was restored on my profile and I can see it in my products , however , I cannot do anything with it as they block me from reinstalling in it to newer laptop .
The answer was that they keep counter field on and I reach the limit , but on my profile are 0 activated devices , I tried to have frankly conversation with the Adobe support team , however they refused to do anything .

It is very sad but my only option is the reporting to UK police for software frauds departments.

Any comments or advices are more then welcome as I tried everything.

kind regards

Adobe no longer reset activations. If you still have your previous computer you can deactivate on that installation (or even re-install on it then deactivate). If you do not have access to that PC and have exceeded the activation limit then it looks like you are out of options.
