when i tried opening photoshop i recived this message

You need to install this from Microsoft

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2005-vc-80-sp1-no-longer-supported

Scroll down to this bit, assuming your running a 64bit OS
