Adobe Keyboard shortcuts problems

I've bought new Mac studio M2 ultra with ventura Os. The keyboard shortcuts with functions keys doesn't work. As you can see in the attached file, the function disappeard in menu also. In that case i'm talking about the "fill" command.

Hi @CUBEPROEMOTION are your keyboard settings the same as your Photoshop install language? It appears there is a mismatch between the OS language and the software install.

    In addition to what Kevin said, everytime you get a new Mac you need to change the behavior of function keys to be used as standard function keys.
