Adobe photo shop 2024 Got Error message

Question

I have license adobe photoshop accout. After that I'm installed adobe photoshop 2024 on window 11 Enterprise but can't run it. When I'm running adobe photoshop 2024, i have got below error message. I had already tried with run as administrator but still getting below error message.

Please kindly help to reslove this issue if you know.

That's photoshop, this is a Photoshop Elements group.

BEFORE AN ADMIN MOVES YOUR QUESTION: It's propably a permission issue with that directory. Ensure you have admin rights to that directory. I just give myself full control to everything, and I don't have any issues.
