    Photoshop is not free and Adobe only markets  Photoshop subscriptions these days.  If you want an old perpetual version of Photoshop  you need to find someone that will transfer their perpetual licence to you through Adobe.  Be careful there are many scams on the Web.

    There is false information on the Web about free versions of Photoshop.

    While Old version of Photoshop may still run on new Windows and Mac OS versions they do not work as well as on old Mac and Windows OS versions and all old version of Photoshop have bugs which will never be fixed.
