Photoshop CC, including the version released in 2015, requires a subscription in order to use it. To validate the subscription Creative Cloud accesses your account. Make sure you are signed in to your account with the subscription.

If you do not have a subscription, then you are not entitled to use the application.

@VP Biju "I never used creative could or subscribed" Photoshop is available on subscription only, if you haven't a valid subscription I can only assume you're using a non-genuine/pirated copy of Photoshop, if that is the case we can't help you here
