Adobe Photoshop 23.1.1.202 FPS Issue and Flick Panning on 120Hz Monitor

Hai community,

I need help with an issue that I'm currently experiencing with Adobe Photoshop version 23.1.1.202. When I disable Flick Panning in Edit - Preferences - Tools, the FPS limit is locked at 60fps on my 120Hz monitor, which creates a problem when I try to pan around the image. However, in older versions such as 19.1.6, this issue is not apparent. I've gone ahead and disabled G-Sync and am currently using the GeForce drivers 511.23.

Give any suggestion to solve my issue.

See if updating photoshop 2022 to version 23.5.5 using Help>Updates from within photoshop makes any difference.
